What we do
We've spent 16 years perfecting Paintless Dent Repair, the technique most insurance companies recommend over conventional body work. We also have a full paint-and-body department for collision claims.
Our specialists massage hail damage, dings, and minor dents out from behind the panel — no paint, no filler, no factory-finish compromise.
We deal with your insurer directly, negotiate every line item, and get all damages approved. You sign one form. We do the rest.
Full paint-and-body shop for storm-meets-fender-bender combo claims. No rental coverage on your policy? We have our own iDent Rent-A-Car fleet.
How it works
Drop by — no appointment needed for an estimate. We use specialty PDR lights and a reflection grid to map every dent.
Hail is an "Act of God" under comprehensive coverage — your rates won't go up. We file and negotiate with your carrier on your behalf.
Free with most hail repairs. No rental coverage on your policy? We've got you. Drive away the same day you drop off.
Our certified techs restore the panel without compromising your factory paint. Most jobs in 5–10 days. Lifetime workmanship guarantee.
The iDent advantage
We absorb a portion of your deductible from our margin (Texas HB 2102 compliant — never inflated estimates). Most customers walk out of an iDent repair paying nothing out of pocket. Ask your service advisor what applies to your claim.

No. Hail damage is covered under comprehensive auto insurance and is considered an "Act of God" — meaning you're not held responsible. Filing a hail claim does not raise your rates.
No. You can take your vehicle to any repair shop you choose — insurance companies are not allowed to "steer" you to a specific shop. They may require an inspection at one of theirs, but only the inspection. The actual repair happens wherever you want.
We've got you covered. iDent runs its own rental fleet and most hail-repair customers get a free rental for the duration of the repair.
PDR removes hail damage, dings, and minor dents by working the metal back into shape from behind the panel — without touching your factory paint. Most hail damage is a perfect fit. PDR isn't suitable for cracked paint, heavily oxidized panels, plastic bumpers, chrome moldings, or panels previously repaired with body filler.
If you don't fix damage now, the insurance industry typically places a "prior damage restriction" on your vehicle — which can lead to future claims being denied because earlier damage wasn't repaired. Repair now, file once, protect future claims.
